Justina’s cheesy southwest chicken stuffed shells

I just love this recipe so much, I had to share it :flower :flower :flower


3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 cup shredded mexican blend cheese

1 tsp paprika

12 large stuffing shells

1/2 can black beans ( drained )

1/2 can corn ( drained )

1/2 can diced tomatos w/ green chillies (drained)

8 oz pkg cream cheese

2 boneless chicken breast ( cooked & shredded)


sprinkle chicken breasts with 1/2 of the paprika & cook in oven about 45 minutes set aside

Meanwhile/ boil pasta till slightly tender rinse with cold water then set aside

in small sauce pan melt cream cheese on low, stir in parmesan cheese pepper, and milk untill smooth

in mixing bowl combine chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and 3/4 cup of the sauce. carefully stuff shells and arrange on 9×13inch lightly greased baking dish

pour remaining sauce over shells top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with remaining paprika

cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
