The first recipe

1- Healthy cheesy pizza

This pizza is a healthy pizza because it is made of various flours and without yeast and also prepared in pan without oven.

Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup bajara flour

1/2 cup oats flour

1/2 cup corn flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp haldi

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp carton seeds

1 green chilli

1 tsp sugar tbsp curd

1 tsp oil

leaves Coriander

2 tsp butter

4 tsp pizza sauce

1 tbsp chopped onion1 tbsp tomato

1 tbsp cabbage

1 tbsp carrot

1 tbsp beans

1/2 cup three bell peppers

1 tsp Pepper powder

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Flakes

1 cup cheese

Steps

Mix all flours in a bowl

Add curd and oil

Then add all spices,sugar and coriander leaves

Make dough with water

Keep cover dough to set

Till then heat oil add ginger garlic paste and onion

Saute and add beans,carrot

Cook little add cabbage

We want crunch so don’t overcook

Add spices and tomato and mix all

Divide dough in 4 parts

Take 1 ball and roll down in thick roti

Cover with veggies,grate cheese all over

And cook on pan till cheese melt
